In 2012, Brittany produced short documentary Dear Panama, with Voice for the Voiceless and Grassroots News. Dear Panama, was instrumental in lobbying for and passing new legislation (Law 46) related to foster care and adoption in Panama. Residents of Panama since 2008, Brittany and her husband became the first foster family in the nationwide pilot program. In addition to their two foster children, they have two biological children. Brittany works as creative producer at Seedling Media Productions and volunteers as the Panama area director for Hope for the Nations. Passionate about children's rights, her goal is to use social media and film to influence legislative and structural reforms globally. Recent projects include short documentary A World Without Orphans, feature narrative in-development Archivo Pendiente (Pending File) and awareness campaign #EmbajadordeEsperanza (#AmbassadorOfHope).
