Jane Arnott has worked in Chiang Mai, Thailand for 39 years and is currently the project manager for Care for Children’s Thailand office. Partnering with the Thai government, Care for Children provides training on foster care for staff from government-run child welfare homes and shelters, with the goal of seeing children grow up in safe, loving families. Having been a foster mother for many years, Jane is passionate about making foster care available all over Thailand so that the number of children in institutions can be reduced. Jane is a member of the UNCRC Alternative Care Thailand (ACT) Coalition and has trained as a TBRI practitioner and a transition coach.
